Cynthia has over 18 years of expansive human resource experience ranging from employee relations, interviewing, performance management and compensation design and data.
Bridge HR Now was started because Cynthia saw a need for small to medium businesses to have a trusted HR Resource that could take the worry of compliance, protection and culture off of their plates. Cynthia brings with her a passion for creating a partnership between business and HR. She believes strongly in a strategic mindset that offers solutions instead of roadblocks. Each of the HR Business Partners on the Bridge HR Now team are certified and are strongly vetted to ensure that they too have the partnership mentality.
Heather Allessandro, Senior HR Business Partner
Heather Alessandro has an MBA from Xavier University with an emphasis in Human Resources coupled with over 12 years of experience in the field. Heather has worked in organizational effectiveness, coaching, performance management, training, recruiting and benefits administration. She most enjoys culture development and coaching. Heather focuses on the unique needs of the company to understand how to get the best out of their employees and create a culture that will attract the best candidates. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering for her charity, running, hiking and her dogs.
Randi Milburn, Senior HR Business Partner
Randi Milburn has over 12 years of Human Resources experience in both large corporate and small business environments. She has worked in a vast array of companies including warehousing, transportation, manufacturing, customer service and service industries. Randi has a BA from Lee University. Randi loves teaching and coaching. Working in HR allows her to help people better understand their work environment, policies, benefits and interactions with others. Randi is action oriented and loves to think outside of the box using creativity to solve challenges. She loves to learn new aspects of the ever changing HR world. She has extensive experience in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefit plans, training, job analysis and strategic management.
